Signing up and managing your Flock Box subscription is easy! It's all managed in your online account, with easy one-click cancellation, email reminders for upcoming payments, and tracking codes, so you always know when your next box is on the way. No hassle, no delays.

Start with a Welcome Box (and a free gift!)

When you join Flock Box, we will ship you your Welcome Box within 3 days — packed with fun and functional goodies for both you and your hens. And as a thank-you for joining, we’ll include a free gift with your first order!

**If you order your Flock Box between the 8th-15th of the month, you will receive that month's featured monthly box in lieu of your Welcome Box, so you are not charged twice in a row.

Monthly billing + shipping schedule

Your card will be charged around the 12th of each month, and your box will ship out around the 15th of each month — no surprises, just egg-citing deliveries right on time.

You’re always in control. You can skip a month or cancel anytime, right from the website! — no hassle, no hard feelings.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is always free for subscription boxes within the contiguous United States.

When do monthly boxes ship?

Monthly Flock Boxes ship out around the 15th of each month — right to your door! We use standard UPS ground shipping.

When will I get my first box?

As soon as you sign up, we’ll ship your Welcome Box right away — no long waits! Plus, you’ll get a free gift as a thank-you for joining.

Can I skip a box or cancel?

Absolutely. We know life happens! You can easily skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website.

You will also get an email 1-2 days before getting charged each month, and that email includes a helpful link. to skip or cancel if you need.
