Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via ground shipping through UPS or FedEx. Shipping carriers are selected based on destination and package size.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

  • Free ground shipping is included for all subscription boxes shipped within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

  • Shipping rates for any non-subscription or specialty items (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Delivery Timeframes

After processing, typical ground shipping delivery times range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Flock Box is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier and marked as delivered, Flock Box is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Holiday & Peak Shipping Delays

During holidays or peak shipping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
