Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders and subscriptions with Flock Box may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email jessica@flock-box.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Orders & Renewals

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time prior to the next scheduled renewal date.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customers can manage their subscriptions through their account dashboard. Instructions for managing subscriptions are also provided via email at the time of purchase.

Failure to Cancel Before Renewal

Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the renewal date does not qualify for a refund or cancellation of that order.
