At Flock Box, we want you and your flock to be happy! We offer a 30-day product satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at jessica@flock-box.com within 30 days of purchase so we can help.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing jessica@flock-box.com.
Because our boxes often include consumable, seasonal, or limited-edition items, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as store credit or replacement items when appropriate. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.
We do not offer refunds for boxes that have been delivered as expected but are no longer wanted.
Exchanges
We honor exchanges only for items that are:

Damaged during shipping

Unused and in original condition
To request an exchange, please email jessica@flock-box.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we will provide instructions for your replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, consumable items (including treats, supplements, and food items) are not eligible for return or exchange once opened.
Subscription Cancellations
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Instructions for managing your subscription are provided at checkout and emailed to you after purchase.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is the result of an error on our part.
Shipping times for exchanged or replacement items may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
